Description
This project will make a hexagonal large mat/small wallhanging suitable for Christmas use if made with appropriate fabrics.
It measures 26” across from point to point.
The design is a six-pointed variation of a traditional “Feathered Star” design – one where a large star has tiny triangles all around the edge. Rather than piecing lots of tiny triangles, Vilene Quickscreen Triangle is used as a foundation, so that you know exactly where to stitch to obtain a perfect six-pointed star.
