Skilful Skyful is a series of tutorials which gradually teach traditional block patchwork on the sewing machine.
This block, Ohio Star is the easier block from the second instalment, Quarter Square Triangles.
The instructions are full of Carolyn’s extra tips for achieving perfect points, and link to videos and photo tutorials.
If you enjoy doing this, you might like to move onto the more complex Silent Star next, which also uses quarter square triangles.
